2) Sign & Return the Agreement

If you’re ready to move forward, sign the agreement and send it back via email or mail using the contact details provided.


3) We Handle the Paperwork

Once we receive the signed agreement, we begin the closing process. Depending on the property and purchase price, we may handle the transaction in-house or work with a title company or attorney to finalize the details. Either way, we ensure a smooth and secure process.


4) Closing is Finalized

Once all paperwork is in order, we finalize the transaction. This is the stage where ownership is officially transferred, and everything is completed according to the agreed terms.


5) Receive Your Wire

At closing, the necessary documents are completed, and your payment is sent via wire transfer. This typically happens within 10-15 business days after we receive the signed agreement.
